About Our Services. Adoni's Landscaping Lawn Care offers Lawn Mowing, Hardscaping, Mulch Installation, Yard Cleanups, Hedge Trimming. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Adoni's Landscaping Lawn Care does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Adoni's Landscaping Lawn Care's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Adoni's Landscaping Lawn Care from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
